Rocky Parsons has been in the construction/ restoration business 38 ½ years as a professional steeplejack, rigger, caulker, master mason. He worked on numerous churches, smokestacks, schools, hotels and even West Point’s stone buildings and the seawall on Enders Island. Since living in NY for 25 years, he has done many stone walls, patios, chimneys, fireplaces and numerous stone and brick building restorations, commercial and residential.
